Jessica & Michael
...With a dream of creating a magical place for great hair and good energy. Jessica Ronning and Michael Owens opened Beauty and The Beard in May of 2022 to bring that dream to life.
With over 28 years in the industry, Jessica spent 15 years traveling as an educator for Keune and is an American Board and Keune Certified Haircolorist. Her passion is custom color, smoothing treatments, and finding the perfect cut for every guest.
Michael brings over 15 years of experience and a love for detailed consultations, modern trends, and helping clients express their personal style through cut and color. He also offers expert beard grooming and trims, making sure every guest leaves looking polished from head to chin.
Together, they’ve created a welcoming salon where creativity thrives and everyone feels right at home.

VICKI
Vicki has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years - including over 16 years as an instructor at several cosmetology schools in the area. She loves to do highlights and cuts that take clients from a ten to an Eleven. Her little family consists of her daughter, son in law, and 2 grand dogs. Briana Blankenbeckler has been in the hair industry over 10 years. She can paint with all the colors of the wind, specializing in balayage and fashion colors. She’s obsessed with Disney and recently married her Prince Charming.
